- Project Management:
- Lead and manage engineering projects involving mechanical and electrical systems for the injectable plant.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within financial constraints.
- System Design and Integration:
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design, modify, and integrate mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ensure designs meet industry standards, including GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and FDA regulations and are suitable for injectable manufacturing.
- Installation and Commissioning:
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems within the injectable plant.
- Ensure that current systems are properly integrated with existing systems and processes.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including design specifications, engineering change orders, and project reports.
- Prepare and present progress reports and compliance documentation to stakeholders.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including process engineers, quality assurance, and maintenance personnel.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration to resolve issues and ensure successful project execution.
- Safety and Environmental Compliance:
- Promote and enforce safety practices and environmental regulations within the plant.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure all mechanical and electrical activities adhere to safety protocols.
