Job Role: People Success Intern- Business Analyst

About the role: We are throwing out the traditional HR playbook. We don't need administrators; we need builders, system thinkers, and problem solvers.

As a People Success Intern (AI Native), you won't be doing routine coordination or organizing meaningless fun activities. You will work directly with the Head of HR on high-leverage strategic projects, core process automations, and building systems that enable a high-performing organization. If you view this world as a tech product, this role is for you.

You should apply if you have:

- AI-Native & Tech-First Mindset: You don't just use ChatGPT for writing emails. You know how to build workflows, leverage API tools, or vibe-code custom internal scripts/apps.
- High Emotional Intelligence (EQ): You understand human dynamics, motivations, and organizational friction deeply.
- Analytical Muscle: You think in logic trees, metrics, and systems, not just gut feelings.
- Relentless Problem-Solving: You get genuine joy out of fixing broken processes and making teams wildly efficient.

You should not apply if you:

- Struggle with ownership and require constant supervision to drive tasks
- Are uncomfortable working with data, numbers, or analytical problem-solving
- Are not willing to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Skills Required: AI Native, Product Manager mindset, High EQ

What will you do

- Process Automation: Audit existing HR workflows (onboarding, performance loops, internal communications) and automate them using no-code, low-code, or vibe coding tools.
- People Analytics: Dive into team metrics, attrition signals, and performance data to extract actionable insights- not just passive reports.
- Strategic Projects: Support the Head of HR in designing incentive structures, organizational design, and talent strategy.
- AI Integration: Experiment with, and deploy AI agents/workflows to streamline candidate sourcing, internal query resolution, and policy navigation.




- HRBP Responsibilities: Drive people success as HRBP and work on strategic enablement for the workforce.
- Strategic Recruitment: Hire the right talent, not the old school way!

Duration: 3–6 Months (High potential for a full-time offer / PPO based on performance) Workingdays: Monday - Friday

Location: Golf Course Road, Gurugram, Haryana (Work from office)
