Role & Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads via cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and industry events.
- Map client pain points and position Mindtel's offerings as tailored growth solutions.
- Manage end-to-end sales pipeline in CRM (Salesforce/Zoho/HubSpot) — from first contact to handoff to AE.
- Partner with Marketing to refine messaging and improve conversion from inbound leads.
- Attend client meetings (virtual/in-person) and follow up with customized proposals and demos.
- Hit monthly KPIs on call volume, lead conversion,
and revenue targets — with clear weekly reviews.
