- Execute inbound and outbound calling campaigns to introduce prospective donors to WWF-India's ongoing conservation programs.
- Deliver compelling, authentic pitches that translate complex environmental issues into clear, inspiring opportunities for financial support.
- Donor Retention & Pyramid Advancement
- Build genuine, long-term relationships with supporters through consistent follow-ups and impactful engagement.
- Identify opportunities to upgrade existing donors to higher contribution tiers, increasing lifetime supporter value.
- Supporter Experience & Communication
- Serve as a primary point of contact for donor inquiries via phone, email, and correspondence, providing prompt and empathetic support.
- Educate callers on WWF-India's vision, creating memorable interactions that deepen supporter commitment.
- Data Integrity & Stewardship
- Record donor interaction history, contributions, and contact detail changes in the CRM database promptly and accurately.
- Ensure full compliance with donor privacy and data confidentiality policies.

Requirements

· Education: Graduate, Post-Graduate,



or MBA degree from a recognized institution.

· Communication: Exceptional spoken and written English skills, with an innate ability to active-listen, build rapport quickly, and handle objections constructively.

· Track Record: Background in Business Development, Inside Sales, Public Speaking, or Tele-fundraising is highly preferred.

· Mindset: Highly target-driven and collaborative, with the energy to inspire action and represent conservation values enthusiastically.

· Organization: Proven capability to multitask, prioritize high-volume outbound calling targets, and manage administrative duties smoothly.
