Seeking a professional with 3–6 years of consulting experience to support business development and project delivery for government and multilateral engagements. The role will focus on proposal development, client engagement, and infrastructure advisory assignments.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare EOIs, RFQs, and RFP responses for government and multilateral clients
- Support bid strategy, consortium coordination, and end-to-end proposal management
- Contribute to feasibility studies, PPP advisory, and policy assignments
- Conduct research, financial analysis, and develop high-quality reports/presentations
- Engage with government stakeholders and participate in client discussions

Candidate Profile

- 3–6 years of experience in consulting / infrastructure advisory
- Proven experience in proposals for government and multilaterals (e.g., WB, ADB, AfDB)
- Exposure to PPP, transaction advisory, or public policy preferred
- Robust skills in proposal writing, research, and financial analysis

Education & Skills

- Bachelor's (Engineering/Economics/Finance) with MBA/Master's preferred
- Strong PowerPoint, Excel, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders
