About the Role

We are looking for a Vendor Manager to join our team in Bangalore (HSR Layout). In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our brand partners and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the marketplace.

You will work closely with vendors and cross-functional teams across merchandising, catalogue, logistics, finance, and business operations to drive vendor performance, resolve operational challenges, ensure SLA adherence, and deliver a seamless experience for both brands and customers.

The ideal candidate is highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders while taking ownership of vendor relationships and operational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the day-to-day relationship and operational management of assigned brand partners, ensuring smooth marketplace operations and strong vendor performance.
- Drive vendor onboarding,



operational readiness, and compliance while ensuring timely completion of all required processes and documentation.
- Monitor vendor performance and SLAs, identify operational gaps, and work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and improve service levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including catalogue, merchandising, logistics, finance, and operations to streamline processes and ensure a seamless brand and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates graduating from IITs, NITs, or other premier institutions are preferred.
- 2–3 years of experience in vendor management, account management, marketplace operations, e-commerce operations, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, relationship management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with robust attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple vendors, priorities, and operational challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
