Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager to drive business growth in the premium outdoor lighting segment. This role focuses on project specification, relationship management, and sales acquisition by engaging with top-tier landscape architects, developers, builders, and electrical consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Acquisition: Identify and secure a robust pipeline of outdoor lighting opportunities across premium segments, including landscape, street, facade, and swimming pool lighting.

• Specification Sales: Build and nurture solid relationships with landscape architects, electrical consultants, and designers to get products specified at the drawing/planning stage.

• B2B Networking: Develop strategic rapport with key builders, developers, and project PMCs to convert specifications into commercial sales.

• Sales Strategy & Execution: Formulate and execute regional sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.

• Pipeline Management: Efficiently utilize CRM tools to track leads,



manage the sales cycle from lead to closure, and provide accurate revenue forecasting.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of successful B2B project sales experience, with at least 3 years specifically within premium outdoor building materials, facade elements, or the lighting industry.

Skills & Core Competencies

• Industry Network: Existing connects with leading landscape architects, consultants, and builders in the Hyderabad/Telangana region.

• Commercial Acumen: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and high-value relationship management skills.

• Drive: Self-motivated and resilient with a proven track record of exceeding corporate sales targets.

• Mobility: High level of professionalism with a willingness to travel locally and regionally for client engagement.
