We are looking for an experienced leader to drive the planning and execution of large-scale national academic programs and events.

About the Role

n

The Head – Innovation Programs & National Competitions will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and successful delivery of Kreativity League 2026 and other national education initiatives.

n

This is a leadership role requiring strategic thinking, operational excellence, stakeholder management, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

n

Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership

n

n
- Lead the planning and execution of Kreativity League and other national education initiatives.
n
- Prepare annual event roadmaps, budgets, execution plans, and timelines.
n
- Build scalable processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
n

n

Program Management

n

n
- Manage project timelines from launch to finale.
n
- Coordinate with internal departments including Sales, Marketing, Academics, Technology, Finance, and Operations.
n
- Ensure smooth execution across multiple zonal and national events.
n

n





School & Partner Engagement

n

n
- Build relationships with schools, principals, educational institutions, universities, and government bodies.
n
- Coordinate with zonal host schools and venue partners.
n
- Develop strategic partnerships to expand program reach.
n

n

Team Leadership

n

n
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams.
n
- Manage vendors, volunteers, consultants, judges, and event partners.
n
- Conduct weekly review meetings and ensure timely execution.
n

n

Event Operations

n

n
- Oversee registrations, logistics, venue readiness, competition operations, hospitality, branding, and event-day execution.
n
- Ensure risk mitigation and contingency planning for all major events.
n

n

Sponsorship & Partnerships

n

n
- Support sponsorship acquisition and CSR collaborations.
n
- Coordinate with industry partners, universities, and innovation ecosystem stakeholders.
n

n

Budget & Reporting

n

n
- Prepare and monitor budgets.
n
- Track KPIs, registrations, conversion rates, and event performance.
n
- Present regular progress reports to the leadership team.
n

n

n

Desired Candidate Profile

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, Education, or a related field (MBA preferred).
n
- 8–15 years of experience in program management, large-scale events, education, conferences,



or community initiatives.
n
- Experience managing multi-city or national events.
n
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Excellent planning, budgeting, negotiation, and execution abilities.
n
- Comfortable travelling across India as required.
n

Experience with one or more of the following will be an added advantage:

- Education or EdTech industry

- School engagement programs

- STEM, Robotics, AI, or Innovation initiatives

- National competitions, conferences, Olympiads, or hackathons
