Green Apple Media is a fast-growing influencer marketing and digital media company that partners with leading brands and creators across India. We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Specialist to manage our day-to-day financial operations and support the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities n

n
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
n
- Process creator, vendor, and client payments.
n
- Generate and maintain invoices, purchase orders, and payment records.
n
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash flow.
n
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
n
- Coordinate with CAs, auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
n
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, P&L; statements, and financial summaries.
n
- Maintain accurate accounting records using Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software.
n
- Track outstanding receivables and follow up on pending payments.
n
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
n
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
n
- Support payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
n
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance.
n

Required Qualifications nn




- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
n
- 2–5 years of experience in Finance or Accounting.
n
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and accounting principles.
n
- Experience with Tally, Zoho Books, Quick Books, or similar accounting software.
n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).
n
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
n
- Excellent communication and time management abilities.
n

Preferred Skills nn
- Experience working with startups, agencies, or digital media companies.
n
- Familiarity with payment gateways such as Razorpay, Cashfree, etc.
n
- Knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance.
n
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
n
