Land Sourcing & Deal OriginationIdentify and source land parcels suitable for residential development.Build a strong pipeline of off-market and market deals2. Market Intelligence & FeasibilityConduct micro-market analysis (pricing, absorption, competition, regulatory environment)Prepare initial feasibility and business case notes3. Developer & Partner EngagementIdentify and engage with local developers for JVs / JDs / outright purchaseMaintain relationships with Landowners, Channel partners / brokers, Local consultantsRepresent Ashiana in initial deal discussions and negotiations4. Deal Structuring & Closure SupportSupport structuring of financial models and deal termsParticipate in negotiations to close transactionsTrack deal progress from lead to closure5.
