- Good knowledge of OISD Standard-105
- Experience in issuing Hot Work & Cold Work Permits for hydrocarbon and utility services
- Knowledge of refinery underground systems, including OWS/CRWS networks, electrical cables, and instrument cables
- Solid understanding of interdisciplinary coordination for refinery modification jobs
