The ideal candidate will have a robust background in hospitality sales, proven expertise in driving revenue, managing key accounts, and developing business opportunities across corporate, travel trade, MICE, and other market segments.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.Identify, acquire, and manage corporate, travel agency, MICE, and leisure business accounts.Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.Conduct sales calls, client meetings, site inspections, and presentations.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements with clients.Collaborate with Revenue, Reservations, Marketing, and Operations teams to maximize business opportunities.Monitor market trends, competitor activities,
