They own the client relationship, ensure delivery quality, and drive customer success. They are not a project manager and do not run day-to-day execution - that sits with the Delivery Lead. Their focus is consulting quality, client satisfaction, and making sure what reaches the client passes the quality benchmark. Iterations if any, on client request, within the agreed SoW should be run promptly and efficiently.Locations: Chennai | Mysore | GwaliorWork Mode: On-site (Client Location)Experience: 7 - 12 YearsWhat You Will DoOwn the client relationship end-to-end - single point of contact for requirements, reviews, and escalations, coordinating across plant, IT/OT, and delivery teamsLead or support blueprinting engagements - structured plant assessments, use-case identification, and solution scoping that ties together plant, IT,



and business stakeholdersReview all BA deliverables and sprint outputs before they reach the client - hold individual BAs accountable against what was committed in the sprint versus what was deliveredIdentify and flag gaps in client requirement interpretation early, before they become delivery problemsDrive adoption and value realization at the client site - ensure solutions are being used and outcomes are measurableProvide periodic account health updates to the COO and Key Account ManagersWhat We Are Looking For7+ years of experience, with the flexibility to be based out of Chennai, Mysore, or GwaliorMeaningful time spent on a manufacturing plant floor at a supervisory or management level, or at manufacturing client sites as part of a consulting engagement with a recognized firmComfortable managing senior client stakeholders - plant GM, DGM, or equivalent - independentlyWorking familiarity with Industrial AI concepts (OT/IT, data, digital twins, MES), with the aptitude to get up to speed quickly and hold credible conversations with plant engineers and the back-end teamHas reviewed and rejected deliverables before - understands what a quality bar looks like and will hold itConsulting communication skills - can write a crisp client note, present findings, and structure a problemBe willing to relocate and establish himself at recent locations as deployments move from one client to another.Interested?
