- Drive revenue growth, profitability and the overall commercial performance of theIndia business.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand strategic client relationships.
- Lead commercial proposals, negotiations and key client acquisitions.
- Develop long-term growth strategies aligned with the firm's vision.Client Leadership
- Serve as the senior advisor for key client relationships across India.
- Counsel CXOs, Boards and leadership teams on strategic communications, reputationmanagement and stakeholder engagement.
- Drive client retention, account growth and long-term advisory partnerships.Delivery Excellence
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of consulting engagements across strategiccommunications, public affairs, research, digital and stakeholder engagement.
- Ensure the highest standards of quality, execution and client impact.




- Lead multidisciplinary teams and establish delivery frameworks that supportoperational excellence and growth.Strategic Partnerships & International Engagement
- Build and strengthen relationships with think tanks, academic institutions, chambers ofcommerce, trade bodies, international organisations and strategic partners.
- Lead Strategy and participation in international conferences, leadership forums andindustry platforms.
- Identify cross-border collaboration opportunities that enhance the firm's capabilitiesand global presence.
- Represent Company in high-level engagements with policymakers, industry leaders,investors and institutional stakeholders.Market Development & Thought Leadership
