About the Role We're looking for a Podcast Producer to plan, produce, and deliver high-quality podcasts aligned with Bajaj Finserv's brand and content strategy — owning the complete production lifecycle from ideation and guest coordination through recording, editing, publishing, and performance analysis.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute end-to-end podcast production — pre-production, recording, editing, publishing, and promotionCollaborate with internal stakeholders to conceptualize themes, formats, and content calendarsResearch industry trends and develop engaging concepts across finance, technology, business, and consumer awarenessCoordinate with hosts, speakers, guests, agencies, and production teams for smooth recording schedulesEdit podcasts using qualified audio tools — music, transitions, noise reduction, and masteringPublish across major platforms (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, Amazon Music, and others)Create episode descriptions, titles, metadata, transcripts, and promotional contentWork with content, branding, social media, and marketing teams to maximize reach and engagementMonitor performance metrics — downloads, listener retention, engagement,
