About the RoleWe are looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Specialist to plan, execute, optimize, and scale high-performing campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing large advertising budgets, driving measurable business outcomes, and continuously improving campaign performance through data-driven optimization.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, launch, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and Audience Network.Manage lead generation, e-commerce, app install, and conversion campaigns.Develop campaign structures, audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike strategies.Create A/B tests for creatives, copy, landing pages, and audiences.Monitor key performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, and Conversion Rate.Scale winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency.Work closely with creative, content,



and design teams to develop high-converting ad creatives.Track campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and CRM platforms.Analyze campaign data and present actionable insights through weekly and monthly reports.Stay updated with Meta algorithm changes, privacy updates, and industry best practices.Required Skills1-3 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads.Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Business Manager.Experience with Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and Event Manager.Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and UTM tracking.Solid analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.Experience with lead generation and conversion optimization.Ability to interpret data and make optimization decisions independently.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Send resume /referrals to for discussion.
