Job Description Hiring: Area Sales Manager – Water & Wastewater Treatment
n We are looking for experienced Area Sales Managers to join a growing organization in the Water & Wastewater Treatment industry.
n Locations:
n Mumbai – 1 Position
n Pune – 1 Position
n Gujarat – 1 Position
n Raigad–Ratnagiri (Maharashtra) – 1 Position
n CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA
n Key Responsibilities:
n Drive business development for WTP, ETP, and STP projects.
n Identify and convert current business opportunities within the assigned territory.
n Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand technical requirements.
n Prepare techno-commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
n Build strong relationships with industrial clients, consultants, contractors, and channel partners.
n Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming infrastructure projects.




n Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate sales pipeline reports.
n Requirements:
n B.E./B.Tech in Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.
n 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in the Water Treatment industry.
n Strong knowledge of Water Treatment Plants (WTP), Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), and Sewage Treatment Plants (STP).
n Knowledge of water treatment chemicals for cooling towers and boilers will be an added advantage.
n Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
