Job Description About the Role :
n QHSE Management
n n Lead implementation, maintenance, and improvement of Integrated Management Systems (IMS) aligned to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
n Ensure compliance with India regulatory requirements, client standards, and company procedures.
n Act as focal point for external audits, certification audits, and client inspections.
n Manage nonconformities, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
n n Quality Assurance
n n Drive quality assurance and compliance across all project phases.
n Ensure adherence to contractual, statutory, and client-specific requirements.
n Monitor quality KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives.
n n Health & Safety
n n Lead HSE implementation across offices / project sites ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards.
n Conduct and oversee:
n n Risk assessments, Audits, Inspections and Incident investigations.
n n Promote behavioural safety.
n n Environmental Management
n n Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and ISO 14001 requirements.
n Support sustainability initiatives including waste reduction and resource efficiency.
n Monitor environmental performance and reporting.
n n Audit & Compliance
n n Plan, conduct, and lead internal audits and inspections.
n Maintain audit findings register and ensure timely closure of actions.




n Lead ISO certification and surveillance audits.
n Provide assurance to management on IMS effectiveness.
n n Training & Awareness
n n Identify training needs and coordinate QHSE training programs.
n Deliver awareness sessions and toolbox talks.
n Support competency development and compliance across the workforce.
n n Documentation & Reporting
n n Ensure effective document control in line with IMS requirements.
n Prepare:
n Monthly QHSE reports
n KPI dashboards
n Management review inputs
n Analyse trends and recommend improvements.
n n Compliance & Continuous Improvement
n n Stay updated on regulations and standards.
n Identify improvement opportunities and drive best practices.
n n Qualification/ Training/ Certification & Education:
n Education
n n Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related discipline (preferred).
n n Experience
n n Minimum 6–8 years of experience in QHSE roles within construction, consultancy, or infrastructure environments.
n Proven experience in managing audits, compliance processes, and risk-based systems.
n n Certifications & Training
n Auditor certifications in:
n n ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001,
n NEBOSH IGC or equivalent recognized HSE qualification.
n n Proficiency in MS Office
