n Krushit Vanzara Studios (KVS) is a Mumbai-based creative post-production studio serving clients worldwide across retouching, video editing, motion graphics, and graphic design. n Key Responsibilities:
n n Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for all assigned clients, building strong, long-term relationships.
n Pitch existing clients for new projects, services, and additional opportunities — you'll be the one spotting room to grow each account.
n Run daily checks on every client's work status, timelines, and ongoing tasks so nothing slips through the cracks across deliverables.
n Coordinate closely with internal teams (editors, designers, and operations) to keep workflows smooth and cross-team collaboration strong.
n Ensure clear, accurate communication between clients and internal teams on requirements, feedback, and revisions.
n Resolve client issues, concerns, or escalations promptly and professionally.
n Maintain accurate records of client details, ongoing projects, feedback, and approvals.
n n Must-Have Skills:
n n Fluent English — written and verbal — is mandatory. You'll be communicating with international clients every day, and clarity is non-negotiable.
n Proven ability in client relations: building trust, retaining clients, and improving satisfaction.
n A warm,



personable communication style — you can talk to clients like a friend while staying fully professional. A good sense of humour is genuinely appreciated here.
n Comfort with upselling, identifying opportunities within existing accounts and pitching them confidently.
n Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
n A proactive, detail-oriented approach to resolving client issues efficiently.
n n Working hours:
n n Day shifts, allocated in one of two slots: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM or 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM
n 2nd and 4th Saturdays off
