Position: QC Executive

Location: Umbergaon - Vapi

Experience: 3 - 4 Years

Industries: Plastic

Responsibilities:

- Conduct quality inspection of raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
- Monitor product quality parameters and ensure compliance with customer specifications.
- Perform routine testing and maintain quality records and reports.
- Identify quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Production to reduce rejection, wastage, and process deviations.
- Handle customer complaints and support quality-related investigations.
- Maintain quality documentation, testing records, and audit requirements.
- Monitor rejection trends and prepare quality MIS reports.
- Ensure calibration and upkeep of quality testing instruments.
- Support production trials, current product development, and process improvements.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase, and Management on quality-relatedmatters.




- Responsible for implementation of QLS systems.

Required Skills:

- Experience in PET Bottle Manufacturing, Injection Moulding, Stretch Blow
- Moulding, Plastic Packaging, Caps & Closures, FMCG Packaging, or Rigid Plastics Industries will be preferred.
- Knowledge of quality inspection techniques, testing procedures, and quality documentation.
- Good understanding of quality systems, CAPA, and root cause analysis.
- Ability to independently manage quality activities and coordinate with productio teams.
- Good communication and reporting skills.

Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Plastics

Salary :- Upto 4.50 LPA
