Roles & Responsibilities
Provide L3 production support for Guiding Care integration workflows and other healthcare applications, including 24x7 on-call rotation
Debug API calls, middleware logs, and SQL data issues; perform root-cause analysis and apply minor bug fixes/patches in C#/.NET
Develop automation scripts for configuration validation and regression testing
Monitor integration endpoint performance and resolve bottlenecks
Maintain a knowledge base and produce documentation
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders during major incidents (incident commander-style coordination)
