Position: Quality Officer(Plastic)

Location: Slivassa

Experience: 3 - 4 Years

Industries: Plastic

Responsibilities:

- Inspect incoming raw materials and packaging materials.
- Conduct in-process quality checks during production.
- Perform testing and inspection of finished products as per specifications.
- Prepare quality reports, inspection records, COA, and other documentation.
- Monitor production processes and identify quality issues.
- Coordinate with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Handle customer complaints and conduct root-cause analysis.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, and company quality standards.
- Maintain calibration and verification records of testing equipment.
- Participate in internal and external quality audits.




- Train production operators on quality procedures and standards.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of QC tools and inspection techniques.
- Understanding of plastic manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, 5S, CAPA, and quality documentation.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.

Required Qualification: -B.Sc/M.Sc - Chemistry/CIPET

Salary: - Upto 6.00 LPA
