Position: Head Finance

Responsibilities:

- Handling complete Taxation matters including Direct & Indirect Taxes – Income Tax, GST, TDS, Advance Tax, Tax Planning & Compliance.
- Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns, GST Returns, and other statutory returns.
- Handling Tax Assessments, Notices, Appeals, and liaison with Tax Authorities.
- Advising on Tax Planning, optimization of tax liabilities, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
- Managing overall accounting, financial reporting, and finalization of books of accounts.
- Preparation of Financial Statements, MIS Reports, and variance analysis.
- Ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, RBI Guidelines, and other statutory regulations.
- Coordination with Auditors, Banks, and other external agencies.
- Performing any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
