Position: IT - Hardware Engineer

Location: Piplod - Surat

Experience: 4 - 5 Years

Industries: Chemical

Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Troubleshoot system failures and resolve technical problems in a timely manner
- Manage user accounts, email configurations, and access permissions
- Install and update operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.) and applications
- Monitor system performance and ensure security compliance
- Handle antivirus installation and regular system updates
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements
- Support LAN/WAN connectivity and basic network troubleshooting




- Provide remote and on-site support to users

Required Skills

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of networking and system administration
- Understanding of industrial IT environment
- Ability to work in plant/shift environments
- Valuable communication and coordination skills

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation

Salary :- Upto 5.00 LPA
