Position: Asst. Manager-Process

Location: Cuddalore-Tamil Nadu

Experience: 8- 10 years

Industries: Chemical

Responsibilities:

- Preparing Basic Engineering Package consisting Design basis Document, material balance, energy balance, Utility Flow Diagrams, development of BFD, PFD & P&ID.;
- Design Calculations and sizing of equipment (Volume mapping) like pumps, vessels, exchangers, reactors etc.
- Preparation of Process Datasheet (PDS) and Review & Approval of Mechanical Datasheet (MDS) & Drawings for Equipment’s.
- Assisting Purchase Team in Freezing Technical Specifications, Defining Scope Matrix & Evaluation of Offers Received from Vendors.
- Instrumentation Logic Development with Interlocks set for Process Control & Safeguards.
- Preparation of Material Requirements and Technical Evaluation with respect to Vendor Data Provided & Approval for Equipment’s & Package Units.
- Co-ordinate with Engineering Consultants & Vendors for Smooth Implementation of Project.




- Co-ordinate with projects and planning on project time schedules, preparation of pre[1]commissioning and commissioning procedures, operating manuals and production batch plan etc.
- Increase the productivity by de-bottlenecking the process & reducing time cycle.
- Increase product yield, Solvent recovery, Reduction in raw material and utility norms.
- Collect and analyse the lab and Pilot Plant Data and suggest the improvement and modification.
