Responsibilities * Lead the Project Management Office (PMO) for EHV Substation, Solar, and Railway projects by driving governance, planning, execution, and project delivery excellence.

- Monitor project schedules, budgets, risks, quality, profitability, and contractual commitments while ensuring timely execution across multiple project locations.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Execution, Procurement, Contracts, Finance, HR, Quality, and other stakeholders to resolve project bottlenecks and improve operational efficiency.
- Drive project performance through MIS reporting, business reviews, dashboards, resource planning, working capital management, inventory control, and financial performance tracking.
- Mentor and develop PMO teams while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, IMS compliance, Kaizen, and business excellence initiatives.

Requirements * 15+ years of experience in Project Management with strong exposure to EHV Substation, Solar, or Railway infrastructure projects.




- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with proven expertise in leading large-scale infrastructure or EPC projects.
- Strong knowledge of PMO leadership, project governance, strategic planning, project execution, risk management, and stakeholder management.
- Experience in financial and cost management, project profitability, working capital, inventory management, and business performance reporting.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, people management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
