Mantras2Success is a fast-growing HR Consulting & Recruitment firm helping businesses hire top talent across India and globally. We're looking for a creative professional to strengthen our brand through engaging digital content and social media.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube and WhatsApp communities.
- Plan and execute the monthly content calendar.
- Create reels, shorts, carousels, graphics, banners, thumbnails and promotional videos.
- Shoot and edit content for social media and podcasts.
- Design employer branding content, festival creatives, office events and recruitment campaigns.
- Write engaging captions and optimize YouTube content with basic SEO.
- Promote job openings across social media and WhatsApp groups.
- Increase Mantras2Success's digital visibility across social media, search engines and AI platforms.




- Track content performance and share monthly insights.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and AI tools.

Required Skills

- 1+ years of experience in Social Media OR Content Marketing
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro/CapCut and Photoshop (or similar tools).
- Robust video editing, graphic designing and content creation skills.
- Basic knowledge of YouTube SEO and social media analytics.
- Good copywriting and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Comfortable travelling for content shoots and events.

Preferred

- Experience in Recruitment, HR, Consulting or B2B services.
- Experience handling podcasts and founder branding is an added advantage.
