Driver

Job Summary:

The Driver is responsible for safely transporting company staff, management, clients, and materials to designated locations while ensuring the vehicle remains clean, well-maintained, and compliant with traffic regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely drive company vehicles as assigned.
- Pick up and drop off employees, management, and guests on time.
- Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and materials when required.
- Follow all traffic rules and company safety policies.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections (fuel, engine oil, coolant, tyre pressure, brakes, lights, etc.).
- Keep the vehicle clean and in good working condition.
- Maintain vehicle logbooks, mileage records, and fuel consumption records.
- Report any vehicle repairs, accidents, or maintenance issues immediately.
- Ensure timely servicing, insurance renewal, PUC, and other vehicle documentation.
- Assist with loading and unloading of materials, if required.




- Be available for local and outstation travel as per business requirements.

Required Qualifications:

- Minimum 10th/12th Pass.
- Valid LMV/Commercial Driving License (as applicable).
- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
- Familiarity with local routes and GPS navigation.

Skills Required:

- Safe and defensive driving skills.
- Time management and punctuality.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, disciplined, and trustworthy.
- Ability to work flexible schedule and travel outstation.

Experience:

- Minimum 2–5 years of driving experience (preferred).
- Experience driving luxury vehicles or company vehicles will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate:

- Well-groomed and professional.
- Honest and reliable.
- Physically fit and able to work under pressure.
- Flexible for overtime, weekends, and emergency duties when required.
