Job Description

We are seeking a Manager Cabin Maintenance to lead and manage the cabin maintenance function, ensuring world-class cabin standards, full regulatory compliance, and seamless operational coordination across engineering, inflight, and quality teams. The role ensures all cabin maintenance activities meet DGCA and OEM requirements while driving team performance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage day-to-day cabin maintenance operations.
- Ensure maintenance and defect rectification are carried out as per DGCA regulations and OEM maintenance manuals.
- Oversee maintenance of aircraft cabin interiors, including passenger seats, galleys, lavatories, monuments, emergency equipment, and other cabin systems.
- Ensure compliance with AMM, IPC, CMM, and other approved maintenance documentation.
- Coordinate with Planning, MCC, Quality, Logistics, Cabin Appearance, Inflight teams, and vendors to ensure smooth maintenance operations.




- Monitor maintenance quality, regulatory compliance, and technical documentation.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, tools, equipment, and spare parts.
- Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
- Mentor, coach, and develop engineers and technicians within the team.

Education & Experience Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Avionics Engineering or equivalent.
- DGCA AME Licence with relevant Type Rating/Company Authorization.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Aircraft Cabin Maintenance within an Airlne or MRO setting.
- Experience managing Cabin Maintenance teams.
- Strong knowledge of DGCA regulations and aircraft airworthiness requirements.
- Hands-on experience with Airbus and/or Boeing aircraft.
