Senior Project Manager (SPM)

Role/Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise software projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in fixed-price project delivery, presales, stakeholder management, and leading cross-functional teams while ensuring timely, high-quality execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end delivery of fixed-price projects from concept to production.

- Manage project scope, budget, timelines, quality, and risks.

- Drive presales activities including proposal creation, SOW preparation, and financial modeling for DealDesk.

- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing cross-functional teams.

- Coordinate multiple independent teams under a unified program structure.

- Collaborate with Product Management, UX/UI, Architecture, Big Data, and Delivery teams.

- Manage multiple parallel projects while tracking dependencies and ensuring successful execution.

- Utilize AI tools for project planning, risk identification, and status reporting.

Must-Have Skills:

- 15+ years of Project Management experience.

- Experience managing fixed-price projects with budgets exceeding $500K.

- Strong presales experience including proposal creation, SOW development,



and financial modeling.

- End-to-end project ownership from initiation to production.

- Excellent stakeholder and cross-functional team management skills.

- Solid communication, planning, and project governance skills.

- Experience managing project scope, cost, quality, and delivery timelines.

- Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve project planning and reporting.

Good-to-Have Skills:

- Experience working with Product Management, UX/UI, Architecture, and Big Data teams.

- Exposure to enterprise infrastructure and application integration.

- Experience delivering platform modernization, cloud migration (e.g., Snowflake), or AI-driven initiatives.

- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and shared resources.

Experience Required:
15+ Years

Any Other Important Notes:

- Candidate should have strong client-facing and leadership experience.

- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.

- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to proactively manage risks and drive project success.

- Experience with AI-enabled project management practices will be an added advantage.
