B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering with 15–20 years of integrated experience in operation of thermal power plants. Candidate should have exposure in plant operation, generation management, boiler operation (preferably CFBC), turbine operation, DCS systems, synchronization, load dispatch, APC, heat rate monitoring, outage management, budgeting, operational excellence, and grid coordination. Must have served for a minimum period of 05 years at the level of HOD or above in thermal power plant. Candidate should be capable of leading operation strategies, ensuring generation targets, operational efficiency, safety compliance, manpower management, and coordination with SLDC/Grid authorities and Corporate Office.
