Job Description:

Position: Maintenance Fitter

Location: Dahej

Experience: 5 - 8 Years

Industries: Chemical MNC

Responsibilities:

- Plan system layout, installation, or repair according to specifications.
- Assemble and secure tubes, fittings and related equipment, according to specifications,
- by welding, brazing, cementing, soldering and threading joints.
- Lay out full scale drawings of plant equipment's following blueprints.
- Inspect, examine, and test installed systems
- Inspect components, assemblies and sub-assemblies to minimize rejections
- Inspect equipment and perform preventative maintenance
- Remove and replace worn out components.
- Perform economical upkeep of all equipment's in the plant
- Source spares and do inventory control




- Face audits and do the follow up for the job works
- Examine blueprints and materials list to obtain parts specifications
- Periodically compare dimensions of assembly to blueprint specifications, using square,
- rule and callipers.

Required Skills:

- Logical thinking.
- Organizing.
- Valuable in communication.

Required Qualification: - ITI- Fitter

Salary: - Upto 6.00 LPA
