Job Description:

1. ? Analysis of RM, PM, IP , FG, Returns & Recalls samples and prepare approved
or rejected test report, monitors QC on-going activities with respect to defined
SOP/STP.
? Positive skills of sampling in gas samples, solid powder, Granules, liquid,
semisolid with safe and secure manner.
? Knowledge of batch numbering, Packing, Labeling and sealing management
system.
? Maintain QC analytical data integrity, release the report in Orion system.
? Basic knowledge of Laboratory instrument like GC, HPLC UV-Spectrometer,
KF water analysis, pH Meter , Ion Analyzer, Conductivity Meter, LOD analyzer,
calorimeter, centrifuge, melting point meter, etc.
? Prepared calibration schedule and perform calibration activity for laboratory
instrument like - GC, HPLC, IC, Balance, pH Meter, Ion Analyzer, Karl Fischer
moisture.




? Trend data analysis of quality report for IP/RM/PM/FG and their tracking to
improvement quality.
? Basic Knowledge of ISO-9001:2015, ISO-14001:2015 & ISO-45001:2018.
? Basic knowledge of customer complaint investigation, deviations, RCA and
CAPA.
? Basic knowledge of Analytical std, BIS, STP, SOP, WI etc.
? To be Responsible of all quality attributes -GDP, audit trail, Analytical data
integrity.
? Basic knowledge of GLP & GMP, Monitoring of compliance with respect to regulatory requirements.
? Maintain lab consumable items inventory.
? Prepare solution and standardization
? Any other assignment allocated by Head of the Department.
