- Responsible for Assembly shift operations and control of Assembly operations and packing
- Allocation of manpower as per their skills and abilities
- Meeting the quality requirements as per the drawings and specifications.
- Controlling the rejection below the set targets.
- Maintaining the production records as per the procedures.
- Ensures proper handling and storage of Assembly fixtures including drifts and gauges
- Drawing readability
- Achieving the production targets
- Drawing the materials from stores
- Communicates directly with the all related depart
- Planning of production on day to day basis as per schedule received.
