Job Description:

Plant Maintenance Technician

Qualification: ITI Fitter
Experience: 3+ Years
Industry Preference: Paint Manufacturing Industry

Key Responsibilities:

- Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant equipment.

- Maintenance and troubleshooting of centrifugal pumps, vacuum pumps, reactors, gearboxes, goods lifts, agitators, and utility equipment.

- Perform routine inspection, condition monitoring, and equipment health checks.

- Ensure timely replacement and management of critical equipment spares.

- Execute PM schedules and maintain maintenance records.

- Support installation, alignment, and commissioning of recent equipment.

- Follow safety standards and ensure equipment reliability for uninterrupted plant operations.

Required Skills:

- Maintenance of rotating and static equipment.

- Knowledge of mechanical troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

- Experience in PM activities, condition monitoring, and spare management.

- Ability to read mechanical drawings and maintenance manuals.

Preferred:

- Experience in Paint, Chemical, or Process Industries.

- Knowledge of maintenance planning and documentation.
