We are looking for a skilled and passionate Bhatura Chef to join the kitchen team at Taste Of Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for preparing soft, fluffy, and perfectly fried bhaturas while maintaining consistency, hygiene, and food quality standards. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling dough preparation, frying techniques, and high-volume kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare bhatura dough as per standard recipe and maintain consistency.
- Ensure proper fermentation, texture, and taste of bhaturas.
- Fry bhaturas efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation.
- Monitor oil quality, frying temperature, and kitchen cleanliness.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely order preparation and service.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Manage stock of flour, oil, curd, and other raw materials.
- Minimize wastage and ensure proper storage of ingredients.




- Follow company SOPs and kitchen guidelines.

Requirements
- Prior experience as a Bhatura Chef, Tandoor Chef, or Indian Bread Specialist.
- Knowledge of dough preparation and frying techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Robust understanding of hygiene and food safety standards.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Flexible to work weekends and rotational shifts.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in North Indian or Delhi-style cuisine.
- Ability to handle bulk production during peak hours.
- Attention to detail and consistency in food quality.
