Job Description of Donor Retention

- Engage Donors-Create resourceful ways to spread awareness about India's biodiversity & effectively convey the organization's mission, vision, and programs to potential donors.
- Campaign Support-Contact Donors through calls and explain WWF India's work to members clearly and excitingly to generate funds for supporting WWF-India's conservation work.
- Relationship Building-Cultivate a network of dedicated donors and volunteers. Develop a long-term relationship with the donor and upgrade them to the donor pyramid.
- Donor communication: Handle inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and mail, addressing supporter queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Donor Data Update :



Maintain and update supporter information in the database, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

Requirements

- Graduate/ Post Graduate/ MBA from any recognized University.
- Excellent English communication skills with demonstrated ability to talk and listen to people and build rapport with them.
- Highly performance-oriented and ability to work in a team.
- Energy and drive to inspire people and promote WWF-India's work.
- Public Speaking skills / BD experience.
- Ability to successfully balance priorities while managing multiple tasks
