Position: Shift Incharge - Production

Location: Vapi

Experience: Fresher

Responsibilities:

- Monitor and control daily production activities during the shift.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per the production plan.
- Coordinate with planning and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
- Ensure smooth operation of machines and production lines.
- Lead and supervise operators, technicians, and helpers during the shift.
- Allocate manpower based on workload and production requirements.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to shop-floor employees.
- Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Coordinate with the Quality team to resolve quality issues.
- Implement corrective actions to prevent defects or rework.





Required skills:

- Solid leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes (press shop, welding, plating, etc.)
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Basic knowledge of production planning and lean manufacturing

Required Qualification: - B.Sc - Chemistry

Salary: - Upto 2.64 LPA
