Position: Manager-Store

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for unloading, storage and issue of Raw Material & Consumables
- Physically Verifying the inward material with vendor invoice / delivery challan and taking corrective action in case of shortages / excesses
- Doing the GRN of inward material within the lead time and submitting them to finance team within the lead time for completing Invoice verification process in SAP
- Returning the material back to supplier in case of rejections / shortages.
- Promptly Issuing the Raw Material & consumables on the basis of Material Issue Slips
- Prepare RGP & NRGP For Job Work / Scrap material
- Accepting the process scraps & rejections from the operations team, storing them at appropriate locations and recording in SAP.
- Arranging for physical disposal of process scraps & rejections after receiving appropriate approval.
- Responsible for physical count of Raw Material & Consumables.
- Maintain the inventories of raw material & consumables as per FIFO system




- Achieving 100% stock accuracy as a custodian for the raw material & Consumables
- Monthly reconciliation of job work inventory of Raw materials, consumables & machinery spares
- Highlight damaged slow-moving and non-moving RM & Consumable inventories on regular interval.
- Attending Statutory Audits, Internal Audits & Global Audits
- Monthly MIS's

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation+ Diploma/MBA (Material Management)
