Position: Maintenance Head

Location: Sachin - Surat

Experience: 20- 25 Years

Industries: Chemical

Responsibilities:

- To plan the efficient operation and process for technical services department and ensure their maximum uptime.
- To review all the preventive maintenance plans with respect to manpower & time (planned by maintenance/Hardware/instrumentation Managers) activities for all equipments at the plant.
- To oversee the execution of those plans with respect to safety norms, statutory compliance, inspection & trials by the entire team
- To review any new projects and installation issues (if required)
- To review the inventory control of critical parts while ensuring minimum waste of money & storage space
- To manage and ensure that all the instruments at the plant are calibrated to ISO specification.
- To supervise the maintenance of all the existing and recent instruments as scheduled
- To train and conduct interventions whenever required for the team effectiveness,



productivity and ensure maximum output.
- To approve the critical spares as & when required by the department to minimize cost

Required Skills

- Knowledge of safety norms (ISO/OSHA) & maintenance, instrumentation and electrical systems and equipments
- Knowledge of ERP system, Knowledge of safety norms (ISO/OSHA) & maintenance, instrumentation and electrical systems and equipments
- Good Communication (written & verbal), People Management, Coordinating skills, Planning, Learning skills, Delegating
- Conflict management, Team Building, Time management

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical

Salary :- Upto 30.00 LPA
