Position: Jr/Sr. Recruiter

Location: Santacruz - Mumbai

Experience: 1 - 5 Years

Industries: Engineering

Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
- Prepare and share candidate profiles with clients/hiring managers.
- Negotiate salary and manage offer roll-out and joining formalities.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Achieve recruitment targets within the defined timelines.

Required Skills:

- Robust sourcing and screening skills.




- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and recruitment software/ATS.
- Team player with a positive and result-oriented attitude.

Required Qualification:- Any Graduation

Salary :- Upto 3.60 LPA
