Position: DCS Engineer

Location: Sarigam nearby Vapi

Experience: 2 - 4 Years

Responsibilities:

Plan and execute shift-wise production activities as per Plant Manager’s instructions. * Operate and monitor DCS systems, perform PID updates, and maintain process control.

- Conduct regular plant rounds to monitor parameters, supervise operators, and ensure good housekeeping.
- Ensure availability of raw materials and timely completion of production batches.
- Record stage-wise input/output data and update in SAP accurately.
- Coordinate with Engineering, EHS, QC, Industrialization, Electrical & Utility teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain and comply with systems such as SAP, HAZOP, PPS, OHRA, JSA, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, BBS, and 5S.
- Participate in process improvement, CAPA implementation, and safety audits.
- Manage manpower allocation, shift reports,



and batch sheet documentation.
- Train and guide operators on process safety and operational excellence.

Required Skills

Robust knowledge of DCS operation, PID tuning, PPS & PCS systems. * Good understanding of hazardous chemical processes and plant safety.

- Proficiency in SAP and production documentation.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Strong focus on safety, housekeeping, and continuous improvement

Required Qualification: - B.Sc/M.Sc - Chemistry

Salary :- Upto 5.00 LPA
