Essential Job Functions:

- Day-to-day DevOps support for legacy bare metal and cloud-native workloads in parallel.
- Kubernetes cluster operations, troubleshooting, and scaling.
- Managed service integration and troubleshooting.
- Support IC4 on migrations including cutover validation, runbooks, and incident response.
- Container troubleshooting, logging, and monitoring.
- Tier-0 service operations including DNS, LDAP, DHCP, CDN, and IP Networking (both legacy and cloud-native versions during transition).
- Operate and support production infrastructure across legacy and cloud-native environments.
- Manage Kubernetes clusters and ensure platform stability, availability, and scalability.
- Support migration initiatives and cloud transformation activities.
- Troubleshoot application containers, infrastructure services, networking, and platform issues.
- Monitor system health, logs, and performance metrics across environments.
- Work closely with engineering and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Support incident management, root cause analysis, and operational excellence initiatives.

Qualifications:
Skills:

- Kubernetes operations (5+ years Linux operations experience preferred).




- Public Cloud DevOps and CI/CD experience across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Container troubleshooting expertise.
- Strong Linux, Storage, and Networking (legacy infrastructure) knowledge.
- Development skills are mandatory (Python and/or Golang).
- Monitoring and logging experience using Prometheus, ELK, or similar tools.

Education / Experience:

- 5+ years of Production Linux SRE experience.
- 2+ years of Kubernetes SRE experience.
- Public Cloud SRE experience across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Ability to bridge legacy operations and cloud-native operations mindset.
