n Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
n Role Summary
n Responsible for preparing, reviewing, and coordinating Fire & Life Safety (FLS) designs in compliance with UAE Civil Defense, NFPA standards, and local authority regulations.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Prepare and review FLS design drawings and reports.
n Ensure compliance with NFPA and local authority codes.
n Coordinate authority submissions and approvals.
n Review architectural drawings for fire safety compliance.
n Support projects from concept through final approval.
n Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities.
n n Requirements
n n Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
n 10+ years in Fire & Life Safety consultancy.
n Robust knowledge of NFPA standards and UAE authority approvals.
n Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit is an advantage).
n Excellent coordination and communication skills
