Job Description We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in managing Government IT System Integration (SI) projects. The ideal candidate should have successfully handled end-to-end software implementation projects in the Government/Public Sector ecosystem, including client engagement, project execution, financial management, and stakeholder coordination.
n This role requires a hands-on project manager capable of driving multiple activities simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery, customer satisfaction, and commercial success.

n Key Responsibilities
n n Manage end-to-end Government IT System Integration (SI) software projects.
n Lead multiple software implementation projects simultaneously.
n Drive Program Management activities across project lifecycle.
n Coordinate extensively with Government clients and key stakeholders.
n Prepare project execution plans, working plans, milestones, and delivery schedules.
n Ensure successful execution of software projects within timelines and budgets.
n Handle P&L; responsibilities for assigned projects.
n Manage project financials including:
n n Raising invoices
n Payment follow-up
n Revenue tracking
n Cost monitoring
n n Prepare project presentations, status reports, and executive dashboards.
n Participate in client proposals, bid discussions, and pre-sales support.
n Conduct client presentations and project review meetings.
n Manage project risks, issue resolution, and change requests.




n Coordinate with internal technical teams, QA teams, implementation teams, and customers.
n Monitor software testing and implementation progress.
n Ensure project governance, documentation, and compliance with contractual commitments.
n Build and maintain strong client relationships.
n Lead cross-functional teams and mentor project members.
n Ensure customer satisfaction and successful project closure.
n n Mandatory Requirements
n n Minimum 10 years of experience in Project Management.
n Must have handled Government IT System Integration (SI) Projects.
n Strong experience in Software Project Management.
n Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
n Strong client coordination with Government departments.
n Experience handling project commercial activities including invoicing and payment processes.
n Strong presentation and proposal preparation skills.
n Experience managing project P&L.;
n Excellent people management capability.
n Good communication skills.
n n Preferred Candidate Profile
n n Candidates from System Integrator (SI), EPC, Infrastructure Technology, Smart City, e-Governance, Digital Transformation, or Government Consulting organizations are highly preferred.
n Experience is more key than educational qualification.
n Looking for a Junior Project Manager or Mid-Level Project Manager, not a very senior leadership profile.
n Candidate should be willing to manage the complete project lifecycle independently.
