n Location: Mohali (On-site)
n Work Mode: Full time | Day Shift | 6 Days Working
n Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month
n Chandigarh University is looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to manage our Tele-Counsellor Inside Sales Team. If you have strong leadership skills, a passion for education, and a proven track record in student counselling/sales, we want to hear from you!
n Key Responsibilities
n n Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of tele-counsellors (inbound & outbound).
n Drive admission targets and ensure revenue growth.
n Monitor team performance, call quality, and conversion rates.
n Handle shrinkage, attrition, and team productivity.
n Ensure exceptional counselling experience for students & parents.




n Prepare daily/weekly reports and ensure process compliance.
n n Required Experience
n n Minimum 5 years of experience as a Team Leader in
n EdTech / University / College / Education / Edu-tech industry
n Strong background in team handling, inside sales & counselling
n Excellent communication skills and confidence
n Proven experience in revenue generation & achieving targets
