Arogyam is building a recent-age Ayurvedic health company for India. Our flagship product, The Obesity Killer Kit, is focused on helping people lose weight in a practical, sustainable way. We combine deep category conviction, strong consumer understanding, and sharp execution to build products that create real outcomes. With a 10x+ growth in the last year, we are planning to sustain this momentum as we aim for 50 Cr ARR in the next 12 months.

About the role

We are hiring an Entrepreneur in Residence to work directly with the founders on high-priority business initiatives at Arogyam and Obesity Killer Kit. This role is for someone who can take a raw idea, make it concrete, and drive it to completion. This role is built for someone who likes ownership, can handle ambiguity, and is willing to do the hard, often unglamorous work required to move a business forward.

You will not succeed here if you are only looking for a “founder’s office” tag, or a role that is mostly research and presentations.

What you will do

- Work directly with the founders to shape and execute important business initiatives
- Break vague ideas into clear plans, milestones, timelines, and next steps
- Drive execution across internal team members, agencies, vendors, and freelancers
- Identify blockers early, push for decisions, and maintain momentum
- Build simple systems, processes, and playbooks where things are currently messy
- Own outcomes, not just updates

Examples of projects you may work on

- Build a revenue stream by turning customers into promoters and creators
- Explore and help launch new channels




- Support execution of new product launches
- Create repeatable playbooks for new initiatives

What we are looking for

- 1 to 3 years of experience in startups, business roles, consulting, operations, growth, or similar high-ownership roles
- Strong bias for action
- Ability to think clearly and execute without constant supervision
- Comfort working across functions without formal authority
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Good business judgment
- High personal ownership and follow-through
- Comfort doing both strategic thinking and hands-on execution

Who can apply for this role

- Currently residing in Bengaluru
- 0–3 years of work experience.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
- Graduates or postgraduates from top 20 Engineering and/or MBA institutes of India will be preferred.
