n About the Role:
n We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Creative Director – Motion Design to lead our visual storytelling and motion design efforts. This role requires a strong blend of creative vision, leadership, and hands-on expertise in motion graphics to drive impactful brand communication across platforms.
n Key Responsibilities:
n • Lead and define the creative vision for motion design projects across digital platforms and client requirements
n • Conceptualize and oversee high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content




n • Collaborate with design teams to ensure cohesive and consistent project delivery
n • Provide creative direction and feedback to motion designers and editors
n • Ensure consistency in brand identity, tone, and visual language
n • Manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables efficiently
n • Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies
n • Present ideas, concepts, and final outputs to internal stakeholders and clients
n Required Skills & Qualifications
n • 10+ years of experience in motion design or creative roles, with at least 6–8 years in a leadership position within advertising, digital marketing, or creative agencies.
n • Solid portfolio showcasing motion graphics, storytelling, and campaign work
n • Expertise in tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, Blender, etc.
n • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and visual storytelling
n • Experience managing and mentoring creative teams
n • Strong communication and presentation skills
