n Medispec India is a leading provider of life science and analytical instrumentation, partnering with globally recognized manufacturers to deliver cutting-edge solutions to research institutes, pharmaceutical companies, biotechnology firms, hospitals, and diagnostic laboratories across India.
n We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to strengthen our finance team and ensure accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, and smooth day-to-day accounting operations.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate books of accounts.
n Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
n Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger.
n Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliances.
n Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities.
n Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, budgets, and financial analysis for management.
n Monitor receivables, vendor payments, and working capital.




n Maintain fixed asset registers and oversee depreciation accounting.
n Support annual audits, tax audits, and statutory filings.
n Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial controls.
n Assist management with financial planning, forecasting, and process improvements.
n Mentor junior accounting staff and ensure adherence to finance SOPs.
n n Requirements
n n Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com); CA Inter/M.Com preferred.
n 4+ years of experience in accounting and finance.
n Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and statutory compliance.
n Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions preferred).
n Experience handling audits, reconciliations, and financial reporting independently.
n Robust analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
n Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing organization.
n Excellent communication and organizational skills.
