n Job Summary
n We are looking for passionate and result-oriented Business Development Executives (BDEs) / Business Development Managers (BDMs) to drive business growth, acquire new customers, manage key accounts, and expand market presence across the cosmetics and personal care industry.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Identify and develop new business opportunities.
n Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term customers.
n Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and channel partners.
n Drive B2B sales and achieve revenue targets.
n Conduct customer meetings,



product presentations, and commercial negotiations.
n Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
n Collaborate with technical and internal teams to deliver customer solutions.
n Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence.
n n Desired Candidate Profile
n n 2–8 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Technical Sales.
n Experience in Specialty Chemicals, Cosmetic Ingredients, Personal Care, Chemical Distribution, Oleochemicals, Surfactants, or FMCG will be preferred.
n Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
n Ability to manage key accounts and develop new business.
n Willingness to travel for customer meetings.
